Ticket conditions
The e-ticket is subject to Belgian royal decree conditions. The Agimont Adventure ticket is only valid if presented in digital or printed format on white A4 paper. Park entry is subject to ticket validity check. The ticket cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded even in case of unavailability of all or part of the equipment due to bad weather or technical incidents. The ticket is personal and non-transferable.
Article 1 – Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded through the Agimont Adventure website and third parties.

Article 3 – Offer
The information detailing the products or services available on the Agimont Adventure website constitutes a sales offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the offer is valid as long as it is present on the website.
Article 4 – Contract formation
To conclude a sales contract, the buyer selects the product(s) or service(s), identifies themselves, chooses delivery options, reviews the order summary, accepts the general terms and conditions, confirms the order and proceeds to payment.
Article 5 – Electronic evidence
Within the framework of their relations, the parties accept electronic means of evidence, such as emails and recordings within computer systems.
Article 6 – Payment
The buyer pays for their purchases using a secure online payment instrument. Agimont Adventure declines all responsibility relating to the online payment process.
Article 7 – Refund policy
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded. An unused ticket will not be refunded. However, the reservation can be moved free of charge.
Article 8 – Delivery
For online e-ticket purchases, the buyer can download the ticket(s) in digital format directly after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent with the reservation details.
